Now, the second method is based on the use of PowerShell command. While you are able to use the commands, you may prefer this method to reinstall windows store.

  • To reset or reinstall Windows Store app with PowerShell, there is a need for administrative privileges. Go to the Start Menu and find PowerShell. After right-clicking on it, you have to choose the Run as Administrator option.

  • After applying the command, you can find PowerShell automatically starting its function for the reinstallation of the Windows store app. It takes a few minutes to accomplish the reinstallation process.

 

In most of the cases, the commands work smoothly for installing Windows Store. However, few users have claimed that this method has shown them errors. To solve this problem, you can create a different user account for migrating to it. While creating this account, Windows can install its apps easily for this new account.

How to Create Account on Windows Store

Open the Settings app and go to the Account section. You can find an option to add some users. Then, your screen will display some instructions for the successful creation of the account. While you access this new account, you will be able to move the data from the old one.

      Follow the path:
      Open Settings App > Update & Security > Troubleshoot
      Now click the Windows store Apps at left panel and click troubleshoot.
